What are Karabi Villas?
Karabi Villas is a handpicked collection of exclusive private villas located in two of Costa Rica’s most breathtaking destinations: Manuel Antonio and La Fortuna. Each villa is designed to provide luxury, privacy, and a deep connection with nature, making them ideal for vacations, romantic getaways, or family retreats. Expect a fully personalized and unforgettable stay.
We also collaborate with a select number of partner properties across the country, including in Tamarindo, Jaco, and Dota.
Where are Karabi Villas located?
We are located in Manuel Antonio, known for its pristine beaches and abundant wildlife, and La Fortuna, home to the iconic Arenal Volcano and natural hot springs. Both locations are easy to find via Waze and Google Maps, and offer direct access to nature, adventure activities, local cuisine, and essential services — all in a safe and beautiful environment.

We assist with tours, transfers, private chefs, and local experiences to ensure every detail of your stay is seamless and personalized.
Are Karabi Villas suitable for families or large groups?
Absolutely! Our villas are perfect for couples, families, and large groups. Some properties can accommodate 10+ guests, with spacious layouts, multiple bedrooms, outdoor areas, and child-friendly spaces.
We also have a dedicated house mom who prepares delicious breakfasts each morning for all guests. Plus, families with children will love the pool slide available in some of our villas.
We can help organize family-friendly tours, babysitting services, and special celebrations so that your entire group feels right at home.
What tour packages or activities can be booked directly from the villa?
We offer personalized assistance to help you book a variety of popular and exciting tours, such as:
1- Guided bilingual tours to Manuel Antonio National Park
2- Hiking and waterfall jumping in La Fortuna
3- Adventure experiences such as zip-lining, whitewater rafting, and wellness packages(hot springs + massage)Sunset cruises, sport fishing, and cultural tours
All tours are coordinated with licensed guides and insured transportation. Tours will vary depending from area to area. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest!
How does payment and the security deposit work?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Security deposits vary from one property to another. The deposit is refundable and must be paid 7 days before check-in. It will be refunded within 3 business days after payment, but can vary depending on our banks, provided that no damage has occurred.
How much privacy is there between villas?
Our Manuel Antonio and Xanadu La Fortuna villas are carefully spaced out and surrounded by private gardens and tropical vegetation, offering a peaceful and secluded experience. Each of these villas has its own private pool, so you don’t need to share common spaces with other guests.
Please note that we also work with other homes in Tamarindo and Jaco, which may be located within condominiums or be independent villas in the town itself — so the level of privacy and seclusion may vary from property to property.
Do you offer airport transfers?
We offer private transportation to and from the airports with bilingual drivers at an additional cost.
From Juan Santamaría International Airport to Manuel Antonio or La Fortuna, the trip takes about 3.5 to 4 hours, and from downtown San José around 3 hours.The van includes air conditioning, bottled water, and luggage assistance. If you’d like to stop for a meal or coffee along the way, we’re happy to accommodate. Advance notice of at least 48 hours is required.
